Delivery is to a Mondial Relay pickup point, which you choose yourself on a map when you order.

How do I track my parcel?
A Mondial Relay tracking number is sent to you as soon as your order ships. Mondial Relay then lets you know as soon as the parcel is available at your pickup point.
Are the objects made in advance?
No, nothing is kept in stock: each object is 3D-printed in Paris after you order. That explains the production time, and it means we never produce unsold items.
