Shipping costs depend on the country: France: €4.90, free over €25.00 ; Belgium, Luxembourg, Netherlands: €5.90, free over €40.00 ; Spain, Italy, Portugal, Germany: €7.90, free over €40.00. Delivery is to a Mondial Relay pickup point, which you choose yourself on a map when you order.
Can I return this item if it doesn't suit me?
Yes. You have 14 days after collecting your parcel to withdraw from your purchase, no questions asked. Our pieces are printed to order but not personalised, so this right fully applies.
How do I track my parcel?
A Mondial Relay tracking number is sent to you as soon as your order ships. Mondial Relay then lets you know as soon as the parcel is available at your pickup point.
Are the objects made in advance?
No, nothing is kept in stock: each object is 3D-printed in France after you order. That explains the production time, and it means we never produce unsold items.
